Reliable support, as usual

Needed new gel inserts and went straight to Dr. Comfort. It was the same simple process as my last few orders. Arrived quicker this time too, only took 4 days to get to my place in Ohio. Always a solid experience.

Good for plantar fasciitis

I ordered the athletic orthopedic sneakers for my plantar fasciitis, and they've been pretty good. The sizing tool on the website was helpful, although I still went half a size up just in case. Shipping took about 6 days to reach me in Florida, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but not terrible. The shoes themselves offer decent arch support; my feet ache less after a long day. I had a quick question about cleaning them and used their chat support, which was responsive enough. Overall, a solid choice for orthopedic footwear, just be prepared for standard shipping times.

Thinking of ordering some slippers for my dad for Christmas, but worried about getting the size right. Do their sizes run pretty true to other brands, or should I go up/down a half size?

Mine were pretty true to size compared to my usual athletic shoes. They also have a sizing guide on their site if you want to double-check, helps with measuring your foot.

I found them to be pretty consistent. I ordered my regular size in a pair of their sneakers and they fit perfectly, and I have wide feet.

Hey has anyone tried to use one of their promo codes on shoes that are supposed to be covered by Medicare? Wondering if I can stack those deals.

P Priya 4 months ago
Nah, pretty sure you can't. I tried doing that last year when I ordered my mom some new ones and it wouldn't let me combine them at checkout. It's either the Medicare discount or a promo code.

Yeah, what the other person said. They have a thing about not combining coupons with insurance stuff. Bummer, I know.
